Safety and Training

• Here at Synergy Concepts, Inc. we pride ourselves on our training program and the general knowledge level of each team member. We feel that training is one of our strongest assets. Our training program involves an aggressive 40hour course, which covers every aspect of the industry from complete cell site installation to routine tower maintenance and inspections. We require all members of our St. Louis and Denver offices to participate in this course so all our team members start with a solid basic knowledge. This program has been well tested and proven to make all the difference in each individual employee and all of our associates.
  

• Safety in our number one priority. Synergy Concepts, Inc. requires all of our team members to utilize 100% tie off at all times. Our objective is to strive for zero incidents. To accomplish this goal we utilize a weekly safety meeting and a tailgate safety meeting at each job site. We cover everything from safety glasses to stacking steel. Our safety program is blended with our training program to ensure our customers are getting safe and knowledgeable representatives from us. At the end of each day, we send our team members home to their families safe and sound. We personally take comfort in knowing that each team member and all associates are well trained and as safe as can be.
